Privacy Notice

PrepSprint is a parent-managed SAT and ACT practice beta. A parent or guardian creates the account and authorizes practice emails for their child.

Information we use

We store the parent's account details and the child's first name, email address, grade, chosen exam, practice settings, answers, timing, progress, and question reports. We use this information only to deliver drills, adapt practice, report progress, operate the beta, prevent abuse, and improve question quality.

Service providers

Data is processed by infrastructure, authentication, hosting, database, and email delivery providers used to run PrepSprint. We do not sell personal information or use student practice data for advertising.

Parent controls

Parents can pause emails or edit the child's details from onboarding, or delete the family account and all associated data directly from the dashboard. To request access, correction, or export of practice data, or for anything the dashboard can't do, contact paolo.fornacciari@gmail.com (the founder's inbox during the controlled beta — a dedicated address goes live with the learnwithmilu.com domain). Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

Retention and security

Beta data is retained while the account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above, operational security, or applicable obligations. Access is restricted by family and administrative role, and quiz links expire.

Children

The beta is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. A child should not create a parent account independently. If you believe data was provided without appropriate parental authorization, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.

Changes

Material changes will be presented to participating parents and recorded with a new notice version.
